A Mutual Benefit Initiative:

Kodungallur Sreekumara Samajam Agro Multi State Cooperative Society Ltd is registered under the Ministry of Cooperation, Government of India, as per Section 7 of the Multi State Cooperative Societies Act, 2002 (39 of 2002) and the rules framed thereunder. The society was officially registered under Registration Number MSCS/CR/1529/2024, dated 15.07.2024. The society operates with its head office at Room No. 4/271, Sreekumara Samajam Building, Kodungallur Municipality, Padinjarenada, Kodungallur, Thrissur – 680664, Kerala, and its area of operation shall be confined to the State of Kerala. The registration is granted with the condition that the society functions strictly in accordance with the provisions of the MSCS Act, 2002, and the MSCS (Amendment) Act and Rules, 2023. We operate as a mutual benefit cooperative, where only registered members are eligible to participate in business transactions. The society aims to offer value-driven services, ensuring member-focused benefits across its activities.
